Just the right level of detail to provide background and theory and some great practical examples of how you yourself can apply this in the real world, with practice sessions to get you started. This is an easy to follow, straightforward guide and an excellent tool; rather like having your own little cheerleader cheering you on, except you can learn to be your own, very effective, cheerleader! Excellent course, thank you, highly recommend divers give it a try.
